Varanasi

First stop in India was in one of the worlds oldest cities, Varanasi. Teams raced through the historical cities before running along the banks of the Ganjes.

During their stay, the travellers also took a boat trip on viewing the Ghats on the riverside

McLeod Ganj

Heading north towards the mountains of Dhauladhar. Not as high as Shangri-La, but still over 2000m. McLeod Ganj is home to several thousand Tibetan exiles.
